Order Processing Policy

All products from CYANEX STUDIO are handcrafted and made to order unless explicitly mentioned otherwise on the product page.
All custom orders and pre-orders are treated the same.

Orders are processed within 1–10 business days depending on production timelines and order volume. As every item is handcrafted, production time may vary. Please refer to each product page for specific timelines.

Once an order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
If you need assistance with your order or are stuck anywhere, please visit the Contact Page on our website and submit your query there.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started or once shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. CYANEX STUDIO is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Once shipped, tracking details will be shared if applicable. Delivery timelines depend on the courier service.

Custom Orders & Pre-Orders Policy

All CYANEX STUDIO products are handcrafted and produced on demand unless stated otherwise.
Custom orders and pre-orders are considered final and are treated under the same policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Each item is individually handcrafted

  • Minor variations may occur

  • Production begins soon after order confirmation

  • All sales are considered final once production starts

​

Because of the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, no refunds, returns, or cancellations are allowed once 24 hours have passed from placing the order.

Refund Policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of all CYANEX STUDIO products:

  • No refunds are offered on any order once 24 hours have passed from purchase.

  • A cancellation and refund request can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order and only if production has not started.

  • After 24 hours, all sales are final.

  • Refunds, if approved within the 24-hour window, will be processed within standard processing time.

This strict policy exists because materials, labor, and production resources are allocated immediately after order placement.

Returns Policy

As all items are handcrafted and made to order:

  • Returns are not accepted for custom orders, pre-orders, or made-to-order products.

  • We do not offer returns for change of mind.

If your product arrives physically damaged during transit and insured shipping was selected, you must submit a claim within 3 business days of delivery through the Contact Page.

Do not discard packaging until inspection is complete.

Shipping & Liability

We take great care in packaging every item securely.
However, once the shipment is handed over to the courier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

If insured shipping is selected and the item arrives damaged:

  • Claims must be filed within 3 business days

  • Packaging must be retained for verification

If shipping insurance is not selected, CYANEX STUDIO is not responsible for courier damage, loss, or delays.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or reshipping costs due to incorrect address details.
