Nature of Products
CYANEX STUDIO specializes in handcrafted, made-to-order products unless explicitly stated otherwise on a product page. Most items are produced after an order is placed and may involve custom work, small-batch manufacturing, or manual finishing. Because of this, slight variations in finish, color, or detail may occur and are considered normal characteristics of handcrafted items rather than defects. All custom orders and pre-orders are treated the same and are considered final once production has started.
Product Materials
All products displayed on this website are manufactured using 3D printing technologies and are made from plastic materials such as PLA, PETG, or ABS, unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description.
Due to the nature of the 3D printing process, minor surface variations, layer lines, or small cosmetic differences may be present. These characteristics are normal and are not considered defects.
Product colors may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to lighting, screen settings, and filament variations.
If a product is made from a different material, it will be clearly specified in the product listing.
At Cyanex Studio, we primarily use PLA (Polylactic Acid) for our 3D printed creations. PLA is a plant-based material derived from renewable resources such as corn starch and sugarcane, making it significantly more environmentally friendly than traditional petroleum-based plastics. Under proper industrial composting conditions, PLA is biodegradable and has a lower environmental impact during production. By choosing PLA, we aim to combine creativity, technology, and responsible material choices while producing high-quality designs and collectibles.
Orders and Production
Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully received. Production may begin shortly after order confirmation. Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and only if production has not yet started. After 24 hours, or once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded except where explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. Production timelines may vary depending on order complexity, volume, and workload. Estimated timelines are not guarantees.
Pricing and Availability
All prices listed on the website are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product details, discontinue items, or refuse orders at our discretion. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and issue a refund if payment has already been made.
Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. CYANEX STUDIO is not responsible for non-delivery, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer. Once an order has been shipped and handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs processes, or external factors beyond our control.
Returns, Refunds, and Custom Work
Due to the custom and handcrafted nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted and refunds are not available once production has begun, except as outlined in our Refund Policy. Custom orders and pre-orders are final. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that materials, labor, and production time are allocated specifically for your order.
Intellectual Property
All designs, product concepts, images, text, branding, and visual materials on this website are the intellectual property of CYANEX STUDIO and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, resold, or used commercially without written permission. Purchasing a product does not grant ownership of design rights or permission to replicate the product for resale or mass production.
Acceptable Use and Conduct
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt fraud, interfere with its operation, copy content without permission, or use our products in a manner that is illegal, unsafe, or misleading.
